Perfect!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful upon entering. I don't know if the air conditioning broke or if there wasn't any, but the heat there was unnatural compared to the rest of the stores in the mall. I was looking for a case and a tripod, but when I asked for the latter, the girl told me she would check if the tripod was available. I told her it didn't matter because the heat was unbearable. She told me to give me the case and I would look for it in another store. I was also interested in portable batteries, but it was a terrible experience for me. The case was broken when I realized it at home, but for €10, I'd rather not go back to that place. My experience was very bad.

The staff is attentive, but the temperature inside the store is unbearable. There's no air conditioning, or it doesn't work. The store isn't large, but it's full of spotlights that increase the temperature inside. Outside, it was nicer, despite the 33°C temperature. With that temperature inside, you don't want to stay and buy anything. Not to mention how badly the employees must be handling it. I suggest they fix this as soon as possible, first for their employees and also for their sales.

I bought a protective screen today, and the service I received was truly fantastic. However, the heat inside is unbearable; even my phone indicated it was too hot, so I wouldn't recommend visiting the store in person for that reason alone.

If I have to talk about treatment, 10/10. They served me perfectly and my purchase was pleasant, but the heat in the store made no sense at all. I came out dripping and had to sit down because of how dizzy I was. I do not recommend anyone to go into that oven.
